The problem of inclusive education is relevant all over the world and requires accentuated attention, since the number of children with special educational needs is growing every year. In Aktobe regional university named after K. Zhubanov this problem also requires its solution, as 61 students with disabilities are studying here. The university maintains records of persons with students with disabilities at the stages of their admission, training, and employment. Teaching staff of the Aktobe regional university named after K. Zhubanov is working to create conditions for students with students with disabilities to ensure they receive high-quality professional education.
Training sessions are organized in accordance with the psychophysical development and health status of persons with students with disabilities together with other students in general groups, and also individually. When organizing training sessions in general groups, socially active and reflexive teaching methods, sociocultural rehabilitation technologies are used to create a comfortable psychological climate in the group. The choice of methods and means of teaching, educational technologies and educational and methodological support for the implementation of the educational program is carried out based on the need to achieve the planned results of the educational program, and taking into account the individual capabilities of students with students with disabilities .In the process of educational activity, as far as possible, material and technical equipment, specialized technical means of receiving and transmitting educational information in accessible forms for students with various infringements, and electronic educational resources in adapted forms are applied as far as possible. For students with students with disabilities in the institute, the discipline "Physical Culture" is developed taking into account medical recommendations.
Timely informing teachers about the education of persons with students with disabilities is provided by the dean of the faculty, where students of this category are educated. Forms of conducting current, intermediate, state final certification of students with students with disabilities are established taking into account individual psychophysical features (verbally, in writing on paper, in writing on a computer, in the form of testing, etc.) Each department conducts regular monitoring of the educational productivity of students with disabilities health, provides timely assistance and support. For the teaching staff of the university, conducting classes in groups with students from the students with disabilities, the Center for Advanced Studies of the Institute of Continuous Education of the Aktobe Regional State University named after. K.Zhubanov, coordinating the work on the implementation of inclusive education in the university, regularly conducts consultations, training methodological seminars, including programs aimed at obtaining knowledge about the psychophysiological features of persons with students with disabilities, the specifics of the reception and transmission of educational information, the use of special technical means of instruction.
So for the teachers of the university was organized a seminar-practical "Mechanisms of social and pedagogical rehabilitation of children with special needs in teaching for the faculty Aktobe Regional State University named after. K.Zhubanov. 42 teachers from five faculties and two inter-faculty departments of the University took part in the seminar. Seminar-practical "Innovative technologies in teaching children with disabilities" united teachers of the university and schools.
Participants of the seminar, besides university teachers, were more than 55 teachers of schools in Aktobe. The doors of the university are also open for persons accompanying students of this category. Aktobe Regional State University named after. K.Zhubanov, as far as possible, creates conditions for receiving vocational education for students with students with disabilities in terms of organizing the relevant process of training students with students with disabilities, timely upgrading of teachers in this area, but this work also requires improvement, for example, in the plan of the university it is worth the development of adapted educational programs, there are problems that require material costs.
There is a work at the university on creating an intra-university barrier-free environment, creating an open bank for educational and methodological support for the training of students with students with disabilities, which will provide them with a higher-quality educational process in the university.
