Foreigners staying in the Republic of Kazakhstan are obliged to have a valid document for travel abroad (passport), migration card, other documents that prove that these foreigners stay (reside) in the Republic of Kazakhstan legally, and present them at the request of officials of the internal Affairs bodies, state security bodies and the border service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Being on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreign citizens and stateless persons are obliged to:
register within 5 (five) days, with the exception of Sundays, public holidays and public holidays, established and declared by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan non-working, in the registration body at the place of actual temporary stay;
to live in the Republic of Kazakhstan only at the place of temporary stay at which they are registered with the registration authorities;
when changing the place of temporary residence of foreigners within 5 (five), except Sundays, public holidays and public holidays, register with the registration authority at the new place of temporary stay.
In the absence of legal grounds for further stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreigners are obliged to leave the Republic of Kazakhstan before the end of the temporary stay or residence.

Violation of the above provisions of the legislation shall entail liability under part 1 of article 59, article 60 of the Code of administrative offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the imposition of an administrative penalty in the form of a warning or a fine in the amount of up to fifty basic units or deportation.
Reduction of the period of temporary stay or cancellation of the permit for temporary residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan with subsequent deportation or expulsion from the Republic of Kazakhstan may be in case of repeated violation by a foreign citizen or a stateless person of the norms of criminal, administrative and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Documents required for registration
After issuing the order of enrollment, You need to obtain a temporary registration (temporary residence permit) for the period of Your stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
For registration at the place of stay/residence You need to contact the Center for international cooperation of K. Zhubanov Aktobe regional state University. (main building of ARSU. K. Zhubanova, 3rd floor) and provide the following documents:
Copy of passport
A copy of the migration card
A copy of the certificate of temporary registration
A copy of the medical examination
Certificate of study
Photo 3x4 – 2 PCs.
