Trade Union organization carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of Kazakhstan, regulatory legal acts, international legal instruments and the Constitution of the public organization "organization of Trade Union of education, academic and research workers of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The priority of the trade Union is protection of the professional competence and social and labour rights of lecturers, professors and employees, as well as undergraduates and students.
