History of Aktobe regional state University.Zhubanov (ASU) started in January 1, 1935. The University has a Supervisory Board, its Chairman-akim of Aktobe region.M. Saparbayev.
Artsakh state University signed the Great University Charter and is a collective member of the Association of universities of Kazakhstan, International Association, international society of petroleum engineers (Society of Petroleum Engineers and the "World University Rankings"), and the scientific and educational consortium between universities of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Zhubanov University has 5 academic buildings, 9 faculties, 29 departments, 59 bachelor specialties, 6 PhD doctoral programs, 30 master's degree programs, 6 research centers, 24 research centers and laboratories, Technopark, 45 branches of the University departments in Aktobe region, two-diploma education, distance education, dual education.
