Acceptance of applications for applicants to the doctoral, Ph.D. K. Zhubanov is carried out from 3 to 31 July.
Entrance examinations for doctoral studies are conducted from 10 to 20 August, enrollment - until 28 August.
List of documents for admission to the doctoral studies:
an application addressed to the head of the organization;
a copy of the higher education document;
a copy of the certificate of passing the test program (if any);
a personal sheet on personnel records and a document confirming employment (for persons who have worked experience);
six photos in the size of 3x4 centimeters;
medical certificate form 086-U;
a copy of the identity card;
list of scientific and scientific-methodical works (in case of their availability).
Together with copies of the documents specified in this paragraph, their originals are provided for verification. After the verification, the originals are returned.
Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program (TOEFL ITP - not less than 460 points), Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program Internetbased Test (TOEFL IBT, threshold score - no less than 87), (TOEFL threshold score - not less than 560 points), International English Language Tests System (IELTS, threshold score - not less than 6.0);
Deutsche Sprachprufung fur den Hochschulzugang (DSH, Niveau C1 / C1 level), TestDaF-Prufung (Niveau C1 / C1 level);

The department of postgraduate education is a structural unit of ARSU. K.Zhubanova, acts on the basis of the Charter and the Academic Policy of the University.
The University implements educational programs that are aimed at training with the award of the degree of PhD in the relevant specialty for scientific and educational activities.
The main activities of the OPVO:
carries out activities for the formation of a contingent of students of the educational program of doctoral studies;
planning, organizing the educational process and monitoring the quality of education;
development of modular educational programs, working curricula, schedule of the academic calendar educational process;
organization of pedagogical, research, industrial practices, foreign scientific internships;
development and implementation of an action plan of an image character (organization of conferences and seminars, trainings, open lectures, meetings with graduates of programs, etc.);
preparation of regulatory documents of postgraduate education;
the creation of a resource center for students in doctoral programs;
the introduction of an effective communication system between subjects of the educational process of postgraduate education programs, including receiving feedback from all subjects of the educational process in the form of planned questionnaires of students and university teachers;
advanced training of teaching staff and administrative staff involved in doctoral education programs;
work with documentary support of the doctoral education process (preparation of orders, etc.);
analysis and quality control of doctoral training;
information support for students of doctoral studies (consultations, placement of information on the university website).
